Industrial engineer who drives 30–60%+ operational improvements across industries from healthcare to aerospace and automotive. I own my projects, interfacing between data, design, and stakeholders: users, engineers, business leaders, everyone who sees a piece of the problem.

Today, I lead AI adoption at FreshDirect. I simplify and automate complex workflows, build knowledge bases teams can trust, and integrate real-world systems with data, capturing relationships in semantic and technical ontologies.

I create MCP servers to connect AI with work tools and systems, configure access to SQL servers, and design the guardrails that keep output reliable.

Start where the work actually happens
The documented process and the real one are never the same. I go watch before I model anything.
Define the problem
A vague problem gets a vague fix. I write down exactly what's broken, for whom, and how we'll know it's solved before touching a solution.
Find the constraints
Most operations have a single governing bottleneck. Fixing anything else just moves the queue around.
Design with, not for
The operators know where it breaks. The best changes are usually theirs, made legible and permanent.
Stay past the launch
Improvements decay on contact with a shift change. I stick around for the part where it holds or it doesn't.
Leave successfully behind
A fix that depends on me being in the room is a temporary fix. I build the version that runs without me.
